We enjoyed this facility and would stay here again. Breakfast was tasty, staff were mostly pleasant, location was absolutely perfect. Location near Passau and the highway and city center. Very friendly lobby.

The breakfast was exceptionally good, fantastic service, absolutely amazing staff. The staff created a family atmosphere. We loved the family king room with cosy furniture.

Peaceful & spotlessly clean place, EXCEPTIONALLY WELCOMING staff. I loved a very stylish decor and contemporary furniture. The staff did all they can for a brilliant stay. Fab location to a multi-level mall.

Super base for 1 night. It is a superior hotel with competent staff. There was Padu Neuburgerstrasse, max 5 mins walk to, thoroughly enjoyed their meals. Beds were comfortable and room was very clean.

Convenient location and satisfactory breakfast. And easy walk to a motorway. Set only 100 metres away, Padu Neuburgerstrasse is a wonderful place to eat nearby...

If you want to visit Alte Residenz, you should stay here. We liked ibb hotel passau sud. Location, a short way from all attractions;)))
